Questions about Abloro Jewellery

Do you use lab-grown diamonds?

Yes. I use moissanite or lab-grown diamonds on all my engagement rings. However, I can also use ethically-sourced diamonds or coloured stones if requested.

Are your materials 100% sustainable?

No- but I try to source sustainable materials where I can. I use 100% recycled gold in my pieces, for example. You can read more about the work I do in making Abloro Jewellery as eco-friendly as possible on the Sustainability Pledge page.

Bespoke Designs

Do you make custom jewellery?

I do take on some limited bespoke work. If you have a design in mind and would like to know more about the process, you can check out my Bespoke page. When you are ready to get in touch about your dream piece, you can also contact me through that page.

What is the turnaround time for my custom order?

This depends on the design and complexity of the piece. Your bespoke quote will include the designs, specs, prices and turnaround times. This will be sent to you within 1-3 working days after we've had our consultation. 

Can you reuse the gold/silver in my jewellery?

Unfortunately, I don't recycle the metal in existing pieces.

Can you use my heirloom stone for a bespoke piece?

Yes, I can use your stone for your bespoke piece. 

Collection Designs

I've found a design I like, but would like to change the stone size. Can you do that?

Absolutely! Do get in touch and we can discuss.

I've found a ring I've fallen in love with but don't know my ring size. Can you help?

Yes! Simply order the ring you like with "Send me a sizer" as your size option. I'll send a complimentary ring sizer along with instructions on how to use it and will post your order once we know your size.

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Do you offer repairs?

I currently only offer repairs for jewellery purchased directly from Abloro Jewellery. I'll also clean your Abloro Jewellery piece for free!

The ring I ordered doesn't fit. Can you resize it?

Of course! As long as it's a piece purchased directly from Abloro Jewellery (and the band doesn't have embedded stones), I will resize it for free. 

For bands with embedded stones, resizing costs £60.
